I was wondering what size implant I should get with the base width of 10cm. My first doctor told me I couldn’t go over 300cc but I went somewhere else and did 385cc. They were small so then did 650cc and they are WAY big. I already had a lift, I’m not worried about needing that. I'm 5’ 7” 150lbs. Before surgery I was small 34C. I don’t want huge boobs, I just want to be able to dress them up when I want. I was thinking of 485mod for natural, worried will wide and they’ll look squished so maybe HP?
Answer: Sizing Breast implant sizing is one of the most important aspects of breast surgery. I would recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon with preoperative 3D imaging. 3D preoperative imaging combined with tissue-based measurements is the best way to select an appropriate implant size that fits the breast.

Answer: Size Yes, 650 cc implants are huge and rarely look good long term. The size you want will probably look good and high profile might work best. Measurements are needed to be certain, and your surgeon can help guide you in this decision. I would suggest staying below 500 cc's for a better long term look.

Answer: Breast Implant size it's important to note that choosing the right size is a personal decision and depends on various factors, including your body shape, desired outcome, and the recommendations of your surgeon. Typically, breast implants are measured in cubic centimeters (cc) rather than a specific width. During a consultation with a plastic surgeon, they will assess your body type, discuss your goals, and provide recommendations based on their expertise. It's crucial to have a thorough discussion with a qualified plastic surgeon to determine the most appropriate size for your individual case. They can guide you through the options, take measurements, and help you make an informed decision that aligns with your goals and ensures a natural and proportionate result.

Answer: Breast agumentation measurements The breast width measurement is not the most important step to choose an implant size. The best way to choose the implant size is to do a full measurment protocols. Understanding how much skin laxity there is in the upper pole and how much elasticity is present in the front of the breast . For example, if a patient has had a previous surgery, such as a breast lift, this will be a key factor in determining what size implant the skin can accommodate. If you don't want to have a large bust, then we must take your current measurement with the size and volume of your implants you have and, meausre the relationship between the thoracic diameter and hips diameter to create symmetry and harmony with your physique for natural and proportionate looking results. I hope this has proved helpful, and I wish you the best.

Answer: Implant size Dear Fierce20156, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.
