What's wrong with the right side of my face? (Photo)

My right eye is sunken in and much lower than my left. my right cheek is almost non-existant compared to my beautiful high cheekbone on my left. What I believe is that a year and a half ago i was fooling around and caught a powerful headbut to my zygo/orbital/cheek. i belive it fractured them and left my face asymetrical. Now i didnt care as much until my right eye started sinking. I have double vision when i read stuff on the tv and limited range of motion compared to my left.

Thank you for the question. It's very rare for eyelids to form keloids and just as rare for incision and drainage of a chalazion to effect the tear duct. With that said, I rarely surgically remove chalazions. Over 90% can be treated with Kenelog injections, hot compresses and oral antibiotics....

Hello.  Thank you for your question.  Eyelid surgery can absolutely be performed under local anesthesia.  It is actually preferable to have the patient be able to open and close the eyes, as needed, to assess symmetry.  It only takes about 30 seconds to anesthetize each...

It appears that you have proptosis of your left eye. Please see an oculofacial plastic surgeon and this needs to be completely worked up. Number one cause of unilateral proptosis is thyroid disorders.

The issue of puffy upper eyelids is best addressed with blepharoplasty. The fat is reduced leading to a more awake appearance. It is important to remove enough fat but not too much in order to prevent the undesireable hollowed-out appearance.
