What is the difference in results between the Venus Viva and the Clear + Brilliant laser?

I'm 42, and have had the Clear + Brilliant Laser with good results, but was wondering if I should get another or try the Venus Viva instead. Am concerned with fine line reduction, firmness, discoloration.

these 2 devices are the staple of my practice.  Although I do a significant amount of FRAXEL and co2 resurfacing, Clear + brilliant and viva are nice low downtime procedures that give great results. CB takes more treatments and is better for color/texture, while VIVA has a little more downtime and works a little better for crepe skin and lifting.  I often combine both with microneedling/PRP and recommend sculptra to increase more collagen. you should speak to your physician about gettting on a treatment plan. there is no reason you cannot get a fraxel or VIVA if you have had great results with CB and want to get a more enhanced result next treatment. I use both of these treatments in my practice and combine both with Ultherapy and Thermage. I like the Venus Viva because I can titrate to a higher ablative mode that can really improve skin texture, tone, and tightness. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon
