Does Voluma come in half syringe?

Question

Hello, I had 1 syringe of Voluma injected into my chin about 2 month ago. Now I want to have another half syringe injected into my chi to maintain the result. Does Voluma come in half syringe? I feel 1 more syringe would be too much. Thank you!

Hello and thank you for your question! Voluma is only available in 1cc syringes at this time.  However, once you have treated your main area of concern, your provider may possibly be able to inject the remaining product in a second area of concern.  Typically my patients can always find a place they would like to inject the remaining product.  I hope this information help you and best of luck!

That is a great question. Voluma only comes in a 1cc syringe. An option you could do is use whatever is needed for the chin and put the remainder in your cheeks to add volume. Otherwise you could ask the provider if they can bank your filler to use at a later time.

Thank you for sharing your excellent question.  Voluma is only sold in 1.0cc syringes from Allergan.  I would approach your injector and discuss your anticipated needs, you may end up needing the full syringe, or can use the remainder in another part of the face.  Hope this helps.

hyaluronic acid filler designed to enhance the appearance of wrinkles and folds
on the face. Voluma is another filler in the Juvederm family that helps to restore volume loss in the face. Currently Voluma is only available in 1 cc syringes. Sometimes we use part of a syringe and save the rest. Two weeks after the treatment the results are assessed and more product can be added at that time if further enhancement is desired. The product can also be used elsewhere if desired. Please

Thank you for your question.  Voluma is only available in 1cc syringes.  I would recommend discussing your concerns with your dermatologist or plastic surgeon - you may be able to use the remainder of the syringe in other parts of your face if you do not need the full syringe in your chin.  Best of luck!
