Am considering surgery to reduce upper eyelid exposure. Fat grafting seems the best option, but what I'm seeing is that fat grafting changes your brow area in a way that makes the eyelid less exposed, it doesn't actually diminish the upper eyelid part, your upper eye is still covered. I'd guess the point of fillers is the same. So my question is if there is a way to actually decrease the presence of the eyelids, is this what bleph does? Honestly I don't like before/after pics of bleph.

I would have the blepharoplasty prior to any permanent make-up procedure. I would wait at least a couple months post-surgery before having the permanent eyeliner. Make certain all the swelling from the blepharoplasty has resolved as this can alter the eyelid tattooing.
