I have blepharoplasty scheduled next month and a consult coming up within next week for Microblading and permanent eyeliner. Would blepharoplasty at all change where or how they might want to do placement of the brow or eyeliner? Should I wait and do surgery first ?

Answer: Blelpharoplasty and permanent eyeliner I would wait to have those done until after the surgery. The surgery can create a lot of inflammation and may affect the pigment somehow. ALso, the pigment placement in the lateral portion of the lid may be altered when the skin is pulled up.

Answer: Permanent eyeliner and microblading prior to blepharoplasty Having surgery on your eyelids will affect the appearance of your eyelids, so I would recommend having the blepharoplasty first and doing permanent eyeliner and microblading after the surgery. It is also possible the 2 non-surgical procedures could cause some temporary irritation or inflammation that could affect the ability to perform blepharoplasty.
