It is essential that your glaucoma medication are uninterrupted! Use your eyedrops. There is no reason that eyelid surgery should interfere with their use. Check with your ophthalmologist for additional guidance.

In my practice if you are on medications to control glaucoma, I recommend continuing them as well as informing your ophthalmologist that you intend to have eyelid surgery. There are rare cases in the literature that have shown glaucoma can be worsened after blepharoplasty.
