Based on your pictures, it appears that you have some fat that could be removed and some areas that could be improved by fat transfer.  Since you could use your own fat in these areas, you really don't need Sculptra/Renuva.  These are nice products in the right setting but are rather expensive, especially when you can use your own filler material!  I recommend that you visit one or two board-certified plastic surgeons who can examine you in person and review your options with you.

Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for waistline contouring liposuction of your abdomen, flanks, and lower back.  Fat grafting to the hip dip area can be performed at the same time.  This can greatly improve your overall shape with a smaller waist.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.
