Because Renuva is a non-invasive treatment requiring no anesthesia, you can return to your regular activities the very next day after your treatment!
Renuva is non-invasive, and requires no anesthesia. I recommend returning to enjoying your regular activities 24 hours after your Renuva treatment. As with all injectable treatments, I recommend avoiding blood thinners, fish oil, steroids, and drinking alcohol prior to the procedure due to higher risk of bruising. After treatment, I recommend avoiding hot tubs, hot baths, steam rooms, or saunas for the first 24 hours also due to risk of dilating tiny vessels and bruising. It is not serious to have a bruise but it is nicer not to!

If Renuva is not diluted correctly, lumps, knots or blobs can form under the skin. Your doctor can massage them out during treatment, or inject saline to further dilute the Renuva. The lumps will disappear over time, but if you have concerns, it's best to reach out to your doctor.
