Calf implants can solve the upper/mid section but ankle will remain thin. Fat transfer has been dismissed but Renuva suggested as a solution to thickening/widening the ankles. Is this correct? What do you recommend? Please don’t say... just accept them! Thank you in advance.

Answer: Renuva is a Great Option for Adding Natural-Looking Volume.
Renuva should only be injected into areas where fat exists, so yes, Renuva can be injected into breast tissue, because breast tissue is mainly fat. There are many published great results with using Renuva to smooth implant rippling or irregularities, and it's a great alternative to fat grafting...
Renuva is available across the United States, Japan and the United Arab Emirates. It's currently sold out in the USA but will be available widely again in early 2021!The makers of Renuva are also working hard to introduce it to more countries around the world.
If Renuva is not diluted correctly, lumps, knots or blobs can form under the skin. Your doctor can massage them out during treatment, or inject saline to further dilute the Renuva.
The lumps will disappear over time, but if you have concerns, it's best to reach out to your doctor.
