Tiny Barbie nose? For an African American Rhinoplasty? (photos)

Hello, from my picture shown is it possible to tell from my nose structure if a tiny Barbie nose is possible for my anatomy? Or would that type of surgery be too extensive and not look very natural? Thank you.

I mean, try to be realistic, your face and no ones face of any ethnicity is like a barbie's nose.
If you intend to show the style of nose you wish, it is feasible but I'll have you know about the extreme difficulty of afroamerican rhinoplasties, specially at the tip, which need massive grafting, support, new skeleton, nostril reduction, septal extension grafts, tutors, Sheen's, etc.

A smaller nose in the African-American female?  you can never end up with the nose that small and anyone that would do it would be leaving you with a very botched nose. See a very experienced  rhinoplasty surgeon who can narrow your nasal bones and refine your tip etc. and create a better version of the nose you have and still look normal. Do not rely on imaging but rather results.

If you want refinement of your nose and you have reasonable expectations then you probably would be happy with what a Rhinoplasty would accomplish for you. The nose that you describe would be unrealistic to create with a rhinoplasty. However your nose can be refined with an open rhinoplasty with tip modification and bridge augmentation. Consult a BCPS Good luck

You might just be fooling around, but the question is somehow disturbing. If you attempted this with some surgeon who was willing to try, you would look hideous. Do not do this. You can improve your nose shape and structure, but not this.All the best,Talmage Raine MD
