Hello, from my picture shown is it possible to tell from my nose structure if a tiny Barbie nose is possible for my anatomy? Or would that type of surgery be too extensive and not look very natural? Thank you.

Answer: A smaller nose in the African-American female? A smaller nose in the African-American female? you can never end up with the nose that small and anyone that would do it would be leaving you with a very botched nose. See a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who can narrow your nasal bones and refine your tip etc. and create a better version of the nose you have and still look normal. Do not rely on imaging but rather results.
