Assuming the Restylane was injected properly, you should not have too much too worry about.  The decreased size in your lip is most likely a result of the swelling going down after your treatment.  However, if you continue to have questions about your results, there is no substitute for an in-person consultation with your doctor to discuss your concerns.  

This is very unlikely to effect your results.  If you saw a decrease in the size of your upper lip this is due most likely to the healing process.  The lips always appear larger right after you inject them due to swelling and then go down significantly in a few days.  Full results will be seen about 2 weeks after injecting when all swelling and bruising is gone. 

I would guess that it was most likely swelling that has gone down that you are noticing. Throwing up after filler shouldn't affect the HA filler that had already been placed in your lips. The filler should still last about 6-12 months for you in that area. Hope this helps!
