Hi! I had dpfl 6months ago and developed hematoma(evacuated). At 5months I still had tethered firm areas infront of ear from cheek to jaw.Doc saw this contracture so he injected 5 fu. Now 1 months later I have alot relief. But there's 1 spot behind jaw angle under ear. This spot isn't as tender as before injection but didn't get as much improvement(lump contour wise)as the rest.I know there's a nylon suture around there. Can this be a suture issue or this area has more scar tissue? How to fix it?

Thanks for the question. Yes it should be ok. There is always the risk that the true plane could be obscured by the filler but this is unlikely and shouldn't be a problem for an experienced surgeon. I hope this helps
