I had full face ultherapy done January 28th and had the option to get nova threads along with it but I didn't really think I my mouth lines were that bad so I didn't get it. But now looking at my face I see my smile lines are there even when I'm not smiling. What would be the longest lasting non surgical option? Radiesse or Bellafill or nova threads?

The dermal filler brand would be selected by your provider accordingly. I consider the dermal filler option as a short term , as results typically last for 6 months. For a more longer term approach, thread lift using mono threads (various brands available) on upper, mid and lateral part of cheek would help to provide a more natural tightening, with results lasting approximately 15-18 months.
