Hi Lisa The right side indent on your cheek area is mediojugal fold, this is addressed by careful placement of dermal filler directly in that area using a cannula. When I carry out tear trough dermal fillers, my assessment includes cheek volume to see how displacement of tissue in cheek adds to under eye hollowness. The treatment often requires cheek augmentation and tear trough treatment for best results.
Your smiles lines are mild and easily treated with dermal fillers (hyaluronic acid type). The dermal filler brand would be selected by your provider accordingly. I consider the dermal filler option as a short term , as results typically last for 6 months. From your photographs, I can see a very small and thin amount of swelling. The swelling may become worst with dermal fillers. Likely to improve with simple microneedling with PRP, this would be my primary treatment for mild cases. I find that undereye bags definately improve with mono threads.
