I am female aged 22, almost 23. At 18/19/20 I had a V-shaped jaw and slim face. Now my jaw looks square and my face is wider at the bottom. I can't work out what has happened - surely it's not possible for the bone structure to change that much over such a short period of time? The squareness is there regardless of my current weight. However, my weight fluctuated dramatically at ages 20/21 - could that have caused lasting changes? My nose also seems to have become longer and wider in that time.
