Can I use spray bandage over neosporin?

Question

3 weeks post lipo. I’m allergic to the adhesive from bandages. If I keep my wound moisturized with neosporon, would spray bandage work over it? If not, what’s the practical way to get such small wounds everywhere covered?

I recommend following up with your surgeon about their recommendations. You can protect the incisions with a band-aid, scar gel, or even telfa with hypafix tape. For after care, I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance.
