I have three severely herniated discs in my back at 20 years old and the pain is so bad that remaining standing for more than 10 mins is impossible. I'm about 220 pounds now and most of the excess weight is in my gut. It pulls on me in such a way that my lower back is ruined. I've lost a fair amount of weight, about 20 pounds, but it seems I can't go any further without excercise, which at this point is not feasible according to my docs. I don't care what I'll look like after, I just need help.
