Hi there, 4 weeks post op (peri-areolar mastopexy). Tiny bits (about 2 mm) of what appears to be the permanent suture (Gor Tex) (purse string) is visible. Should I leave it as is, or only have the tiny parts removed, and if so , won't it cause the entire suture lose the hold, causing dramatic spreading everywhere? Or should it be removed entirely? I prefer to keep it at least for a year before cutting or removing it. Thank you
