Would spironolactone help flush out any lymphatic fluids?

Ive been giving myself lymphatic massages post lipo and although my swelling has gone down considerably I was wondering if taking Spiro would help remove most of the remaining fluids?

Thanks for the question, a lot of time when someone has persistent headaches after surgery its because they are dehydrated. You may want to focus on getting a lot more water in. In terms of swellings in the arms it depends on the type of compression and where the incisions are. I find that the...

Thanks for the question, we all have lines, folds, and creases which are 100% normal. It looks like you had some evidence of this before surgery. If it is just your anatomy there is a chance it may not go away 100%. That being said you have beautiful anatomy and skin and in my opinion look amazing!

At 3 months your are likely most of the way to your final result, but it can be up to the 6-12 month mark for 100% of the swelling to subside.
