I have a rhinoplasty scheduled for march as i would like to remove my dorsal hump and improve my breathing. I also happen to have spider veins on my nose (exactly where my dorsal hump is) and one on my left cheek. Will the surgery aggravate the spider veins? Will they be more visible? Thank you.
