Your nose feature are typical for rhinoplasties that we do routinely in the practice.  Seek a good, honest plastic surgeon near you and ask about your options.  Have a few consultations IN PERSON.

Every surgeon has their own protocol.  I use IV antibiotics prior to surgery, then by mouth for a week.

Your tip is definitely over rotated.  Assuming that this is the result of the operation and not how your nose started there is usually some relaxation and return towards the previous appearance with a rhinoplasty.  This is a fixable problem if it does not relax to your satisfaction but...
