Is Smart Lipo a good option for my love handles and saddle bags? (photo)

An hourglass shape means a tight waistline, wider hips and wider chest. You chest is not visible. You've got fat on the flanks which can be reduced to make your waistline tighter. This will bring you as closer to an hourglass shape. The saddle bags are making your thighs look wider, but not your hips. Lipo will reduce the wideness at this level. This will do nothing for your hourglass, but it will get rid of bulges that you dislike very effectively.
