Nice and friendly staff. I got in and out of surgery in a decent amount of time. Dr. Cole is down to earth and checked on me a few hours after my procedure. I have no pain and was moving around as soon as I got home.

I went in for smart lipo on my abdomen but i wanted hidden incisions. Dr Cole understood the assignment and delivered. I couldn’t be more happy with my result.

I recently finished my 5th treatment of Vanquish here at Atlanta Liposuction Clinic and I must say I am SO GLAD I got it done. I was always into fitness and once COVID hit, my lifestyle changed. Dr. Cole and his staff did an amazing job from the moment I had my first appointment. The entire process was explained in detail and Dr. Cole listened thoroughly to my wishes. I received verbal instructions as well as written instructions outlining every step. He and his staff called before and after the procedure to check on me. This was an excellent experience with positive results just after two weeks. 

I am 44 years old and I workout daily and eat “okay” (I like bread, sweets & wine lol) but I keep it in moderation. I consulted with Dr. Cole and his team (Antwanette) and they understood my goals and proceeded to give me EXACTLY what I wanted — a NATURAL LOOKING BODY with curves. At my age the gym can only do so much!!

My experience with Dr Cole was phenomenal! I wish he was the only consult I had got for my lipo 360 procedure. His work is so awesome my parents joke that he shaped me up much better than they did! I was very nervous about the procedure. I had considered changing my mind because I was afraid to make the decision to go through with such a major change. I was nervous I would not like the end result.

Dr. Cole took the time with me to explain everything in detail and he did an amazing job. He put my mind at ease and I'm thrilled with my results! P.S. He also has a great personality and treats you as a person where some of the places I felt like they didn't really care about people like he did. Admittedly there was some dietary habits he insisted I change before he would work on me but the other doctors did not care or discuss any of that.

I had smart lipo 360 10 days ago with Dr.Cole and it has been the best experience ever! I never thought I would ever get plastic surgery until I came across smart lipo. I have always been really insecure about my abdominal area. I work out a lot but have never had a flat stomach and small waist. After doing so much research I came across dr. Cole at Atlanta liposuction specialty clinic. I really loved doctor coles before and after photos and all of his reviews were amazing! He met all of my requirements and answered all of my questions in the consultation. After the consultation I knew he was the doctor I wanted.
Going on to the surgery day:
I was really nervous the day of! Due to Covid I had to go in alone. Once I got in the staff greeted me so sweet like always! Every single person at that office is just so amazing and caring! Once I met with the nurse I told her I was nervous and she literally made me feel so much better!!! Her bedside manner made all my worries go away!! She made me even forget I was going into the surgery and I went in so confident. She was by my side the whole time talking me through it along with dr. Cole. Dr cole is also really great and caring!
During the surgery I was awake THE WHOLE TIME!! I had my eyes covered couldn't see anything I was just relaxing listening to music. I felt no pain until the very end I could feel some pain but nothing crazy. Finally when it was done and I sat up I felt so much pain. The nurse helped me into my compression garmet and fed me some crackers so I could take my pain pills.
One thing I wasn't expecting was the after pain!! All the reviews I read on here made it seem so painless and easy and that definitely was not the cae for me! I was in so much pain I even had a panic attack the first night! First three days are the absolute worst! Once you get through that, the rest is EASY! The pain isn't unbearable but it is definitely bad at first! I took pain meds the first three days and after that switched to Tylenol extra strength!
I am now 10days post op and I have no pain! I am not even on Tylenol anymore! It was so worth it! I would recommend smart lipo over traditional lipo EVERYDAY to anyone!! My results are incredible!! I am still so swollen and my abdominal is hard and light bruising but I am fine and can do everything on my own now! First three days you definitely need a caregiver!
Lymphatic drainage massages:
I don't care what your doctor says you NEED these massages!! The sooner you can start the better! I started my massages the day after my surgery! The post op care is just as important as the surgery itself!
I wish I would've seen a detailed review like this while I was researching but I am glad I can help someone with my review.

My day after photo I barely had any bruises and was less swollen. After the first day I became really swollen and all my bruises started showing! What really helped me was buying Arnica cream from amazon! Once I bought the cream the next day my bruises were almost gone!

After my lymphatic drainage massage. Still getting them done 1-2 a week

I am 1 week Post Op and I am already so happy with my results so far. Dr. Cole performed liposuction on my arms and upper/lower abs then transferred it my breasts. I am healing as well as to be expected and I look forward to the final result. This staff is all about safety and will answer any questions. The Nurse Antoinette is so nice and enthusiastic, the front desk staff is always available and helpful. This practice is wonderful and I have already recommended to two people!

Its been exactly a month and I feel back to normal. There is still some numbness in my arms but ive got full range of motion back and no pain. Stretching definitely helps with recovery. Abdomen looks good! My focus now is to tighten up my muscles to give it an even flatter appearance. Boobs Look so natural! I actually have some now-confidence is way higher than a month ago-I wish they were still swollen lol but they have settled and are full! a skin tight Treatment was complimentary with my procedure and got rid of some residual “knots” almost immediately after sitting up from the table. I got that a week ago. Still wearing compress garment for arms it helps with the numbness sometimes.

I had lipo 360 done almost 3 months ago and I'm extremely happy with the results. I was overweight and I was afraid that after the procedure I would be left with some excess loose skin. Thankfully, I have NO loose skin hanging and got an AMAZING result. After the procedure, I barely felt any pain and was able to go back to work a few days later. Dr. Cole is an artist and gave my body the definition and curves I've always wanted. The staff is super friendly and informative. I had a ton of questions and Alexandra and Clay answered all of them and really made me feel comfortable with having the procedure done. I am so happy with my result!!! Dr. Cole has a great bedside manner And did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone seeking cosmetic procedures.
