Will I get an hourglass shape from Smart Lipo? Will my results be noticeable? Do you think I’m a good candidate? (Photos)

I've done thousand of lipo procedures and you are an excellent candidate. Your skin quality is excellent, your shape is good, and the amount of fat is not extreme. Whether you want to add a BBL and high definition is up to you, but you'll do well in experienced hands. That said, most experts don't do cheesy "get one free" nonsense. It sounds a bit desperate so do your homework and ask to see lots of before and afters. Go for as many consultations as you want until you feel comfortable.

A flatter tummy and enhanced hips, waist, back will enhance hour glass contours and make your buttocks appear more shapely. Smart Lipo will work nicely however, if you also want fat transferred then Smart Lipo cannot be used to remove fat- it kills the fat. (Vaser ultrasound works similarly while preserving the fat for transfer BBL).An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

Thank you for your question.  I would suggest before you consider liposuction of any sort you make sure that you're at your ideal weight. Remember that liposuction is not for weight loss.  Your pictures would indicate you may be carrying a certain amount of visceral fat, that is fat around your internal organs, which can only be addressed through diet and exercise.  Liposuction may make an improvement but I believe the hourglass shape you're looking for requires more than a surgical procedure.  Good luck!

Lipo BBL with internal heating would give you a great result. if you have loose skin then skin removal would be needed. Smartlipo is outdated and ultrasonic + RF is the gold standard now in my opinion. 
You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.  Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring.  Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods.  The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radio-frequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HIDEF VASER contouring and can only be done by a well . trained body contouring specialist. At the same time fat should be harvested, PRP and stem cells added and injected into muscles or indentations/cellulite to get body shaping and contouring.  This is known as a Brazilian butt lift when you inject the fat to the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face.  Cellulite should also be treated with cellfina, sculptra, subcision and/or fillers such as bellafill, renuva synthetic fat, or sculptra.  If skin is very loose before surgery then it will need to be removed such as lower abdominal skin (tummy tuck/abdominoplasty), breast skin (breast lift), arm skin (brachioplasty).  Overall you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting.  Dr. Emer.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a liposuction. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

I would recommend you doing Lipo360 which would significantly improve your shape and give you attractive contours. Good day and thank you for your question. Smartlipo is a good place to start. We would target the belly, thighs and flanks for fat reduction. In both liposuction and dramatic weight loss, there is always the risk of loose skin to consider. Judging by your pictures, I'd recommend that loose skin would be something for you to keep in mind, as well.   Indeed, skin-tightening is an ancillary benefit of the Smartlipo procedure. Smartlipo uses a laser-enhanced cannula to liquify the fat before extraction. This same heat causes a "shrink wrap" effect on the skin above, leading to the tight, smooth results that Smartlipo is known for. If you get Smartlipo, you will surely notice an improvement in skin laxity and stretch marks.  For "hourglass" results, however, I would consider a tummy tuck to adequately address the loose skin that is likely to appear after any liposuction procedure. Tummy tuck and liposuction are often performed at the same time. 

You waist and flanks should have good results from smart lipo.  It will create a hourglass shape and enhance your hip and butt curves. Your abdomen also should have good results, but form the pictures it is hard to differentiate how much internal fat you have. I have been performing smart lipo for 15 years and 90% of cases would be both abdomen and flanks together at the same visit.  It produces the best over all result for the mid section. 

Your lovehandles/flanks and hips would respond very well to Smart Lipo. You appear to have the underlying skeletal structure to achieve the "hourglass" shape. However, your abdomen appears to be a combination of subcutaneous fat (will respond to lipo) and visceral fat (only diet and exercise can reduce). I would recommend getting a face-to-face evaluation.
