I want to get a rhinoplasty to fix multiple issues with my nose, one of the fixes involving lengthening the columella. I also happen to have a too-long philtrum. Will lengthening my columella also fix a long philtrum?

It could be many different things including swelling. If it remains after a bout 6-12 months then it might be bone or a graft that was placed( and shifted).. Hard to no without more details. If it is bone, often shaving it may be enough.
