Could a rhinoplasty give me a "ski slope" nose? (Photos)

From the photos, it appears that you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. If you prefer a tip that is raised along with a curved bridge, then that goal should be able to be achieved. The rhinoplasty requires balancing the entire nose.  It is a true sculpting operation that requires surgical skill and an artistic eye.  Properly performed the rhinoplasty will maintain the identity of your nose and refine it.  The should look natural after the rhinoplasty.

A "ski slope" shape to the nasal dorsum (bridge) is typically not seen as an aesthetically pleasing characteristic of a nose.  This quality is typically due to over resection of the nasal dorsum, leading to a "scooped out" appearance.  This dramatically reduces the natural characteristics of a nose.  I suggest you consult with a surgeon specializing in rhinoplasty to discuss your goals.  Good Luck!

I'm not sure if you are asking about a ski slope nose because you want  it or because you are afraid of getting one.  Trust me that you do not want a ski slope nose.  Your tip could be defined more and and the bridge flattened with rhinoplasy.  Anything past flat, especially for a male, will look surgical.  You don't want a ski slope nose.

photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose. You may also benefit from a cephalic rotation of your tip to turn
up your tip slightly and a dorsal hump reduction.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek

Yes it is possible to give you a "ski slope nose", although that is an older style of rhinoplasty that now generally is used in a negative sense. It would be possible to reduce the hump on your nose and make your tip smaller. This could be accomplished through either an open or closed rhinoplasty approach. 

Make sure you consult with a qualified surgeon, such as a board certified plastic surgeon and discuss your goals. Setting expectations is extremely important prior to any rhinoplasty surgery. Hope this helps.

You could reduce your nasal bridge and refine your nasal tip.  This would change the character of your nose.  The term ski slope nose is not considered ideal for most most noses.  A gentle slope with natural proportions is often the goal in female rhinoplasty.
