I was told the result of SMP done on strip scar is less predictable. What makes it unpredictable? What could be the worst scenario? What can I do to prevent it?

Thanks for the question. So sorry to hear about your experience. Trico-pigmentation occurs at a very superficial level usually .5 mm. It can be performed after the scalp has heal sufficiently. It is best to consult with an experienced hair loss physician.
