SMP laser removal with no permanent hair loss possible?

I made the mistake of getting SMP a year or so ago and am not happy with it. After exploring my options I realize laser is the best route but i'm having a hard time finding a laser on what particular setting would be most effective while sparing my remaining hair. Please help.

Pclarktor,Our smp is safe in these conditions because it is very superficial at only .5 mm, the inflammation in those conditions occurs much deeper around the sweat glands. Also we use only organic pigments from Beauty Medical. However, I would not recommend it in folliculitis or WBC...
