f.rest123,It is best to visit your local hair restoration specialist who can evaluate  your condition and make short and long term treatment plan.A mild case of cutis verity gyrata should be amenable to smp.

Scalp Micropigmentation SMP can be done but many patients have different results depending on their skin type.  Mild cutis verticis gyrata itself should not be an issue but you would not now until you try.

If you have active cutis verfticis gyrata with significant redness and loss of skin, then SMP may not be appropriate at this time
