How to repair FUE scar if my skin is very dark and the scar is very white.

Question

Only 150 grafts of hair was extracted to repair my eyebrow scars. But they are very obvious even my hair is not that short. I did some research om SMP, but I think my scar will still be white and the color contrast between my scar and healthy skin will still be there

How long ago was your transplant. If it is under 1 year, i would recommend waiting until the 2 year mark, as the FUE dots might improve with time. That said, adding micropigmentation either by scalp micropigmentation SMP or trichopigmentation is a viable option to explore further. Here is an example of a patient that used trichopigmentation after FUE to good effect

A scar is very difficult to remove or treat in some cases.  Scalp MicroPigmentation (SMP) may be an option but you would need an examination to get a better idea if it is even possible.

The FUE procedures today should not create any scar on donor area if they are done right with the proper instruments. We are using much smaller punches in comparison to what was traditionally used. I have seen very rate cases of real scarring and most of those were done in past or elsewhere with sub-optimized techniques. If you have one of those scars, SMP should be able to help.

SMP is usually pretty good at helping to hide FUE scars- I would suggest seeing a professional who can give you a better assessment regarding whether SMP would work well for you. If not they can suggest other options.

FUE will leave scars approximately 1 mm in diameter and will be visible if hair cut too short. Loss of pigment can also occur around the site of extraction and hair can turn white as well. Scalp micro-pigmentation is an option to covering the scarring.
