Wrinkles/scars in scalp after hair transplant? (Photos)

After an fue hair transplant, Wrinkles or creases that i have never had before are now on my scalp starting from 2 weeks post op. What is this? And will it go away after the scalp recovers? The picture is 1 month post op

It is best to follow up with you doctor for post surgical issues.  You may have swelling which may dissipate over time.

Some swelling etc is normal within a week or so is unusual but normal after a transplant. However, having odd creases or other shapes like that, especially after one month, is not normal. Contact your doctor for an actual diagnosis of what  may be happening there.

Most probably you have those creases before but not realize under long hair. You  have just observe those indentations and bulges after buzz cutting for surgery .Otherwise those skin morphologic changes can not be observed after surgery because of edema etc

I think that you must have had this before your hair transplant. This condition is called  cutis verticis gyrata and it is inherited. I doubt that this was caused by hair transplantation considering that I have never seen it as a complication after 16000 surgeries in my clinic
