How can I reduce/fix nose atrophy, bumps, and indentations on my nose after Kenalog injection after rhinoplasty? (Photo)

I had my second rhinoplasty about 2 years ago and the dr injected me with a steroid shot on both sides of the nose to reduce scar tissue buildup. Shortly after I started getting bumps and indentations, also rough skin. Nothing was done, and now I am left feeling very self-conscious about them because they are very noticeable. I don't want another rhinoplasty but will do whatever is best. Thanks!
