Hello! I'm considering revision rhinoplasty for augmentation of my radix, my bridge is already aligned with my radix (my profile is straight) but because my radix is deep I feel like my nose is too close to my face, my question is if it's possible to only augment the radix or if I would need to augment both bridge+ radix, also is it difficult to do both as opposed to only one and if it increases the cartilage requirements as well as the prices too much. Thank you!

Hi @kuikat! I recommend seeing a revision rhinoplasty specialist for in person examination. There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
