A radix graft is a great way to augment this region. There are a variety of ways to do it and overall the techniques are pretty straightforward. Usually creating essentially a pocket to place crushed/diced cartilage wrapped in facia. I find that radix grafts in the right patient allow me to not have to take down as much of a dorsal hump as one would think.
