The bottom line with fillers - is that they add volume. It is essential that the patient and the Doctor/ Injector communicate precisely and accurately before the injection takes place. This interaction is essential together with the strategic placement of the product and the careful molding of its shape and size to achieve as perfectly as possible the patient's wishes.

Dear Esthetician89,I typically use Juvederm for my lip sculpting. There are two main focuses of lip injections, adding volume and actually sculpting the shape. Both involve injecting the filler in different areas of the lips and patterns.
I would recommend finding a plastic surgeon to perform you lip injections. Most of my patients have results that last at least 6 months.Daniel Barrett, MD

I think your lips look good. However it’s so personal so if you’re not happy don’t hesitate to get back in contact with your injector. They can add more or dissolve the filler if you’re not happy.

Honestly, I think your lips look pretty good. I would have probably injected a little less filler into the lower lips but overall I think the result suits your face. If you are unhappy with your results, I would followup with your injector to discuss your results and concerns and to determine if anything can be done.

Thank you for your photos. If you are looking for the glamour style lips in your goal photos, then you may consider leaving the cupid's bow where it is and adding more filler to the body of the lip and bring it to match the bow. The projection of your bow appears so noticeable because it is full relative to the rest of the lip. Once you fill out the rest of the lip to the "glamour" style, then you will not notice the projection of the central bow as you do now. You can get filler in the cheeks and chin if you want more structure and volume in those areas. Kybella works by dissolving the fat under your chin, however you appear to only have a minimal amount of fat under the chin and may not see a significant difference. Hope this helps!
