Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us.The harmony between facial parts makes us instinctively recognize the beauty... without knowing it, without defining it, just a perception that surprises and captivates us.In this regard, I suggest perform a Closed Rhinoplasty (without visible scars) to treat the tip, base and nasal bridge. With this procedure you get a delicate nose, better harmonize with your other facial features.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
Hello and thank you for your question and photographs. You could benefit from a slight dorsal hump reduction and tip refining surgery. You may also want to consider a chin implant to help balance your face. A stronger chin may help your nose appear smaller. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck
Rhinoplasty and chin implant for a more attractive and feminine face. Your hump can be removed and if your tip is too wide it can be refined but I need to see other views. It appears that a chin implant would benefit you as well to give your face better balance. See a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon for the best results and one who does natural looking noses.
It isn't clear from your photo what you want to achieve. It isn't even clear that a rhinoplasty would be worthwhile. You have beautiful facial features from the one photo you sent. Don't let yourself get talked into surgery which may not even be of any benefit.
Profile alone is not enough to evaluate your nose and your face. Generally speaking, certain measurements of the nose in mm will be required as well as multiple standard views of the face, the nose specifically. This in combination with exam of the nose- internally and externally will provide information to create surgical plan suitable for your needs. You have the makings for a very nice nose.
Facial aesthetics are based on balance and symmetry. Especially nose and jaw must be balanced with each other.
A full set of facial photographs are required to make any determination about a rhinoplasty and chin implant because the chin, nose, and chin implants are all three-dimensional structures. The dorsal hump can be shaved down, the bridge narrowed, and the tip refined. A small Silastic chin implant can be inserted through a submental approach to give added projection to the chin to help with facial balance and proportions. For many examples and more information, please see the video and the link below
From your single photograph, it seems that you may benefit from an open rhinoplasty and chin augmentation. Please make a consultation so that we can morph your post image in order to better appreciate the difference this would make for you.
Thank you for the question and one photo and from it without an examination it would appear that you would benefit from a chin implant. So see some experts in your area who through digital photography can show you changes to your face at multiple angles that you might like and inform you how they can be accomplished.Dr. Corbin
Hi, from the photo your chin is very weak, the cheeks are flat anteriorly (in the front) and there is evidence of jowls. A weak chin creates an inbalance making the nose look larger and the mid face appear top heavy. Chin augmentation, with a chin implant, will add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face. I have found that placing a silastic chin implant through a small, curved incision under the chin is very safe, quick and highly effective at augmenting the chin. Following the beauty principles outlined in my book on face andbody beauty, women look the most feminine, youthful and attractive with heartshaped faces. Heart shaped faces have cheeks that are full and round inthe front. Cheek augmentation using a dermal filler (I prefer RestrylaneLyft) or with cheek implants for a permanent enhancement will create full, round cheeks anteriorly that will feminize the entire face. If you dohave "jowls", this is sagging facial tissues andan indication for some form of a facelift. The underlying SMAS layer, of the face, must be dissected, lifted, trimmed and re-sutured. The excess skin is then removed and thefacelift incisions closed. My most popular facelift is the minimally invasive, shortincision facelift that has all the benefits of more invasive facelifts(traditional, mid-face, deep plane and subperiosteal facelifts) but with theseadded benefits:•very small incisions•minimal tissue dissection = less bruising and swelling = rapidrecovery•can be performed in 90 minutes or less, with or withoutanesthesia•no incisions within the hair = no hair loss•excess fat can be removed•excess skin removed•cheeks, chin and jaw line can be augmented with dermal fillers(I prefer Restylane Lyft) or facial implants•most patients fly back home to parts all over the world in aslittle as 3 days post-opHopethis helps.
Whenever you have issues after surgery, it's important to let your surgeon know and to follow up with him/her as often an in-person evaluation will be the best way to determine the source of your symptoms.

Hello and thank you for your question. It is very normal to be swollen at 6 months postoperative. The dorsal aspect of the bridge of the nose will usually decrease earlier than the nasal tip swelling. Nasal tip swelling can sometimes take 6-12 months to fully resolve. I advise patients...
