I think I have an open roof deformity as well, my nose looks awful after 8 months. Any suggestions? (photos)

It is difficult to assess the status of your spreader grafts in these photographs.  Spreader grafts can help straighten the asymmetric nose.  Do you know if osteotomies were performed during your surgery?  This technique can help correct an open roof deformity.  I advise patients that the final result of rhinoplasty takes 12 months. I recommend that you return to see your surgeon, as he/she will have a good idea of what to expect in regards to your specific progress, since they can evaluate you in relation to your preoperative appearance.Best wishes and good luck.

It appears that you may have an open roof deformity. I would recommend following up with your surgeon to discuss the issue. He would be able to discuss any additional correction of your deviated nose as well. For minor indentations, you may consider temporary improvement with a filler to improve shadowing of the area - as long as it is done by a board certified surgeon experienced in rhinoplasty. This could buy you some time before any future procedures, if deemed necessary. Good luck. 

Hi there,I am sorry to see your nose 8 months after surgery.I wish you posted front view,semi profile view and profile views without your finger ( though which you are trying to show some point).You do have a trapezoid nose that means the wide bony pyramid .The bony displacement toward the midline that is normally done during rhinoplasty is not effective for you and this is one reason for your nose that looks this way.What was the reason for spreader graft if I could know I will be in better position to answer you.The first picture on extreme left is shows deviated nose to left I am not sure if this is how it looks after surgery or its before.Please your post your question with before surgery views as well.More information is given on my website.
