I have a bit of extra cartilage in my left earlobe. It's only on the one side, but sometimes it disappears and sometimes it changes location within the lobe. I was hoping to have my ears pierced but its current location is right where the piercing would happen. Is it possible to get it removed or should I just ignore it and wait for the location to shift again?
