Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. I see your subtle difference in lobe size and this is likely due simply to genetics. No treatment is needed unless it significantly bothers you. Best wishes.
Thank you for submitting this question. I like to point out to people that nobody is perfectly even side to side or has perfect symmetry. While everyone has slight differences, from your picture, I do not believe that you need to have any ear or earlobe surgery, but should you desire a cosmetic correction, there are opportunities to help you. I recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck with everythingWirthPlasticSurgery.com
No one is perfectly symmetrical and ears are no exception. They can be better balanced by performing an otoplasty to set them back a bit.
Everyone has some assymetries and no action needs to be taken unless the person finds them particularly bothersome. For the ears otoplasty can be performed to help the ears lie tighter against the head and lobe reduction can be performed to even out the size of the earlobe if that is an issue. These procedures are best performed by a board certified facial plastic surgeon. If your assymetries are something you would like to address I would recommend setting up a consultation to discuss your options. Best of luck!
