Can surgery make non-Asian eyes bigger? (Photo)

Your eyes are a certain size, but they appear larger or smaller based upon how much light reflects from the eyes.  In short, it is quite possible that we can make your eyes appear larger.  This may require adjustment to the cheek, eyelids, eyebrow, or even bones around the eyes. It's well worth an in person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to determine what can be done.

There is nothing that will literally make your eyes bigger. You can get more room on your upper lid by removing excess skin with a blepharoplasty and/or lift your brow either with Botox on the forehead or with a surgical forehead brow lift. I am not sure if either of these will deliver the results that you want.
