Hi, my eyes are fairly small and I just wanted to know if there were any options to make my eyes look bigger surgically. Would the results looks natural? And how much would it cost me on average?

I would advise you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss removing the extra eyelid fold with a blepharoplasty. It would be a lot easier than living with chronic irritation. My best,

Hi ayeshazkh,Thanks for your question and your photos. There may be a slight asymmetry as you described but likely only noticeable to you and trained professional. I don't believe that you need anything done. I would discount using the PG analogue as you stated may be the cause of your asymmetry...
Your body has created scar tissue where the chalazion was removed. The scar tissue can be removed. I would encourage you to see a board certified plastic surgeon.
