Sudden appearance of light brown spots and red/blue spots under eyes (Photo)

Question

Thank you in advance. I have the sudden appearance in the past month of light brown spots under my eyes in my eye bag areas and a reddish line under my left eye. Do I see my Ophthalmologist, Dermatologist, or eye doctor? Is this an allergy? I do use Restasis twice daily.

You have a large xanthalasma on the left lower lid, which is the yellowish lesion nasallly.  This is an accumulation of fat and cholesterol under the skin.  It can be removed surgically.The red spot is a small hemangioma which can be removed with laser or cautery. See an oculoplastic surgeon who can help you with these issues.
