I have tiny bumps 3 months after otoplasty. Will these go away? (Photo)

It's been 3 months after I got an otoplasty procedure. I was wondering if these little bumps (where the dissolvable suture was) will go away? If not, is it safe for me to get my ears pierced so that I could cover these bumps? Thank you

I highly recommend seeing your surgeon so that they can examine these bumps. They’ll be able to let you know if and how they can be removed.
