Can an osteotomy give at least 1-1.5mm height to a nose bridge that is not deficient in height? (photos)

Rhinoplasty to narrow bridge and narrow the tip etc. It will not raise the bridge as you mention but there are ways to do that. JSee a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who does natural noses for the best results.

An osteotomy does not change nasal height. If all you want is a bit more dorsal projection, try filler first to see how you like it.
