Can I only get tip plasty? (Photos)

Question

I want to make my tip more uplifted, but someone told me that “To make higher tip, you need to do bridge correction together”. Is it true? So i need a full rhinoplasty to archieve this? Cause I am satisfied with my nose bridge but i only hate my tip (which is bulbous) i posted a picture of my nose and a picture of the tip i want to achieve.

You might benefit from tip defining procedures using either cartilage grafting or suturing techniques that would harmonize your nose and create a more natural, elegant look. However you would also benefit from work on the bridge in order to achieve the results of the image that you included. The issue is not the tip is not elevated enough but rather that you have extra cartilage of the septum.

I am a strong believer in the fact that tip only rhinoplasty rarely makes sense.  You dont break that "rule."  Your bridge overprojects a little as it is relative to your tip.  This will be exacerbated but a tip rhinoplasty because you likely will loose a little projection.  The dorsum needs to be addressed (reduced) to achieve balance when all is said and done.

The photo you use to show your desired results has a significantly lowered nasal dorsum with a slight concavity while your actual nasal photo shows a small dorsal prominence with a slight convexity.  To achieve the result you indicate would require addressing the middle and upper portions of the nose in addition to the tip.

My advise for you nose according to your photos , tiplasty and nasal dorm removal (little bit) by closed approach rhinoplasty operation. because you hava also high  supra tip which should be removed slightly after tiplasty

Hi and welcome to our forum!Comparing your photo and your wish pic, you will note that your photo demonstrates a nasal bridge which is higher than the height of the tip, while your wish pic demonstrates the tip as the highest point. Your nasal bridge is straight while your wish pic demonstrates a gentle feminine curve. Without a frontal view I cannot comment upon the nasal tip itself.In order to achieve your wish pic, you require a rhinoplasty to lower the nasal bridge (creating that curve), and define the tip. This will provide you with a proportionate nose. Tip plasty alone can be performed in some individuals, but in your situation I think you would be better served with rhinoplasty. Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for in-person evaluation and discussion.
