Can I only get tip plasty? (Photos)

You might benefit from tip defining procedures using either cartilage grafting or suturing techniques that would harmonize your nose and create a more natural, elegant look. However you would also benefit from work on the bridge in order to achieve the results of the image that you included. The issue is not the tip is not elevated enough but rather that you have extra cartilage of the septum. 

I am a strong believer in the fact that tip only rhinoplasty rarely makes sense.  You dont break that "rule."  Your bridge overprojects a little as it is relative to your tip.  This will be exacerbated but a tip rhinoplasty because you likely will loose a little projection.  The dorsum needs to be addressed (reduced) to achieve balance when all is said and done. 

The photo you use to show your desired results has a significantly lowered nasal dorsum with a slight concavity while your actual nasal photo shows a small dorsal prominence with a slight convexity.  To achieve the result you indicate would require addressing the middle and upper portions of the nose in addition to the tip.
