Swelling is common after lip injections and can persist for up to two weeks.  It may be the cause of the crease you are noticing.  Continue to follow the advice of your injector and return for an evaluation if you still have concerns after two weeks.

Swelling and/or lumps can be typical. Icing, firm massage and cold compresses may give improvement. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase.

No, it's unlikely you moved the filler. It's too soon to tell what your final results will be. You have swelling, which can be asymmetrical, and last 1-2 weeks after lip injections.
