Swelling and/or lumps can be typical. Icing, firm massage and cold compresses may give improvement. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase.

Swelling is common after lip injections and can persist for up to two weeks.  It may be the cause of the crease you are noticing.  Continue to follow the advice of your injector and return for an evaluation if you still have concerns after two weeks.

You probably need some more time for the swelling to come down. In some people it may take up to 2 weeks for the swelling to fully disappear. If you still see the same crease afterwards you can speak to your treating physician. Good luck from New York City
