Could it be necrosis or infection? (Photo)

I am very scared. 2 weeks after rhinoplasty. My left nostril looks like its flesh is eaten up a little bit and there is this fleshy yellow/green mucus inside what looks like a wound. I only noticed this after stitch removal two days ago. Before there was a lot of dried blood in there. Right nostril is just fine. No mucus, no blood. What's wrong with the left one? Could it be necrosis or just infected? Could it be nothing at all? It's not painful. Please suggest something, I'm super scared rn.
