Could it be necrosis or infection? (Photo)

It doesn’t look too concerning,  Fortunately the  nose has excellent blood supply which should allow the area to heal in and the swelling to eventually go down.  Be sure to follow up with your surgeon,

It is very difficult to determine if something concerning is happening based on this photo alone. The only way to really evaluate your concerns is with an in-person examination.  For your own peace of mind, I suggest seeking with your surgeon.
