I had rhinoplasty 10 months ago and I feel that my radix and bridge weren’t deepened/lowered enough. Do you think I would be able to achieve a deeper radix and lower bridge with a revision surgery, or do you think this would not suit my face? Also, I am aware that if my bridge and radix are lowered, then my tip will need to be deprojected more.

Hello. Great question. Congratulations on your procedure. Sore throat is not uncommon after a surgical procedure. It is a result of intubation. Keep following your surgeon's post op instructions.
I’ve probably done five hundred rhinoplasties and I have no ideas what these terms mean. Plastic surgeons often try to make things sound more complicated than they need to be. Stick with an experienced and respected rhinoplasty surgeon who avoids the fancy wordplay.
