5 days post septorhinoplasty I have an extremely sore throat. Is this normal?

Dear Alinamore29, Thank you for your question. At 3 weeks it is much too soon to tell the results of your rhinoplasty operation. The scars usually end up being inconspicuous after about 2-3 months based on the location of them. Remember to always use sunscreen as well. Best of luck to you!
