Hi so i got my rhinoplasty 7 months ago. My nose was broken since i was little so they had to fix that and made my nose slimmer. I got the surgery when I just turned 18 and I have been anemic since 14 years old I think. when they took my cast off my nose was really slim but a little swollen the surgeon said it was going to go down after 6 months. It has been 7 months but it just got bigger. I now have a bulbous nose. Does my low iron slow down the healing process or is it just swollen?

Hello. Great question. Congratulations on your procedure. Sore throat is not uncommon after a surgical procedure. It is a result of intubation. Keep following your surgeon's post op instructions.
I’ve probably done five hundred rhinoplasties and I have no ideas what these terms mean. Plastic surgeons often try to make things sound more complicated than they need to be. Stick with an experienced and respected rhinoplasty surgeon who avoids the fancy wordplay.
