Is it safe to use nasal allergy spray after a Rhinoplasty?

Yes it should be safe. I would advise following the instructions for the nasal spray and I wouldn't recommend using it continuously for more than a week.

We have patients wait after septorhinoplasty for first few weeks due to the mucosa not being completely healed.  Septal sprays such as nasal steroid are very effective in treating allergies but can result in damage to the nasal lining if used incorrectly.  Best Dr. Anil Shah
